Bangkok Diners Club is led by husband-and-wife team Ben and Bo, alongside Chef Peter Latta, the group’s long-standing culinary anchor.
Ben and Bo met in Thailand, Bo’s home country, over two decades ago. Today, they bring the richness of their shared life — and their distinct culinary perspectives — to the table. Their collaboration is shaped by deep respect for Thai tradition and a passion for thoughtful, contemporary expression.
Our cooking draws from two powerful influences:
Surin’s Soul — Inspired by Isaan (Northeastern Thailand), this is the food of Bo’s childhood: bold, rustic flavours, vibrant herbs, and soulful depth.
Bangkok’s Buzz — The cosmopolitan energy and refined techniques of the capital guide our presentation and plating.
This is where Chef Ben’s progressive, global perspective meets Bo’s deep-rooted traditions. Together with Peter, the team honours classic Thai recipes while exploring new textures, techniques, and flavour combinations — creating a dining experience that is both authentic and forward-looking.
A fiery and flavour-rich Chinese BBQ concept, known for its smoky skewers, bold marinades and street-food inspired energy, MoreJoy bring their signature BBQ experience, combining authentic techniques with the playful creativity that Manchester’s food lovers know and love.
Anatra brings a modern trattoria-style dining experience, where home-style cooking meets a warm, family-run atmosphere. Head chef, Grant – born and raised in Stoke discovered a passion for cooking through Italian techniques. Blending his heritage with his craft, he created Anatra as a celebration of local produce brought to life with Italian flair.
The name holds a special meaning: in Stoke, the greeting “ayup duck” is a term of affection. In Italian, Anatra means duck – a nod to both Grant’s roots and his love for Italian cuisine.
At Anatra, every dish tells a story of tradition, passion and togetherness.
